Ingredients:

50 g
Walnuts
200 ml
Sour cream

Butter

Wheat flour

Dark chocolate
1 pinch
Salt

Preparing the Carrot Hummus:
  • Heat up the oven till 180 °С.
  • Separate the egg yolks from egg white.
  • Mix egg yolks with half of sugar and melted butter.
  • Add to the mix wheat flour and salt then mix everything together till you get dense dough.
  • Wrap the dough with food film and place in the refrigerator for 30 min.
  • Cut bananas in circles of the same thickness.
  • Part of the cut bananas set aside for decorating the cake.
  • Peel the walnuts and then shred them.
  • Lubricate the baking dish.
  • Place in the baking dish the dough and smooth it all over the surface.
  • On the dough lay evenly out the bananas and fill them with sour cream.
  • Send the form to oven and bake until crusty for about 20 min.
  • In the meantime mix the egg whites with the rest of the sugar for 10 min.
  • Get from the oven baked base for the cake and pour over it the mixed egg white cream.
  • Sprinkle over the nuts, melted chocolate and decorate the cake with bananas.
  • Return the cake in the oven for 3 min.
  • Cole down the ready cake and serve on the table.
