Ingredients: For 1 person
Serving size: 3 – 4 pancakes

Cup raw oats

Scoop protein powder

Egg whites
¼
Cup of water
1 ½
Table spoon of cinnamon
1 ½
Table spoon baking powder

Preparing the Oatmeal Protein Pancakes:
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Then pour onto a hot pan and cook like a normal pancake.
  • An optional addition is to add some fruit.
Note: The recipe makes 3-4 small pancakes.
