Ingredients:
200 g
Apples
2
Egg whites
5 g
Gelatin
Add sweeteners if you want

Preparing the Apple marshmallow:
  • Heat up the oven till 180 °С.
  • Clean apples and cut into 4 parts each and remove the core.
  • Bake apples in oven for 30 min until they get soft.
  • Mix 2 egg whites with mixer and sweetener until stable foam.
  • Smash the baked apples with fork, until you get homogeneous puree.
  • Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  • Mix apple puree, egg white foam and gelatin.
  • Pour in the mass in molds and put in the refrigerator for 2 h.
