Preparing the Pumpkin pie:
- Heat oven to 180 C°
- Cut pumpkin into cubes.
- Boil the pumkin cubes in water until it softens.
- Grinde in blender pumkin till puree state.
- Put it again on low fire and, mix it, add one egg at a time, and then pour in out flour.
- Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add cinnamon and orange peel.
- Thickened mass pour into a mold, and bake in the until ready about 20 minutes.
- Coole down the cake completely and then remove it from the mold.
