Ingredients:
400 g
Pumpkin

Eggs
80 g
Oats flour
1 teaspoon
Orange peel
Cinnamon

Preparing the Pumpkin pie:
  • Heat oven to 180 C°
  • Cut pumpkin into cubes.
  • Boil the pumkin cubes in water until it softens.
  • Grinde in blender pumkin till puree state.
  • Put it again on low fire and, mix it, add one egg at a time, and then pour in out flour.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Add cinnamon and orange peel.
  • Thickened mass pour into a mold, and bake in the until ready about 20 minutes.
  • Coole down the cake completely and then remove it from the mold.
