Ingredients:

Chicken breast

Garlic cloves

Sweet cream

Hard low fat cheese
Add salt and pepper by the taste

Preparing the Chicken meatballs in cheese-cream sauce:
  • Heat up the oven till 180 °С.
  • Chop finely chicken breast and onion.
  • Then mix everything in bowl add salt, pepper, egg and mix everything well.
  • Form from the mix small meatballs and put them in the cooking pan.
  • Cook at 180 degrees in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime prepare the sauce:
  • Grate the cheese in fine grater.
  • Grate garlic in fine grater.
  • Mix everything in bowl and add sweet cream.
  • Then take out cooking pan with meatballs.
  • Pour on each meat ball the sauce.
  • Then cook in oven for 15-20 min more.
The cheese will melt and flow, and the milk will soak in the meatballs and you will get a fabulous dish of your own preparation. Stewed vegetables or salad are grate for additive to the meat balls.
