Preparing
the Chicken meatballs in cheese-cream sauce:
- Heat up the oven till 180 °С.
- Chop finely chicken breast and onion.
- Then mix everything in bowl add salt, pepper, egg and mix everything well.
- Form from the mix small meatballs and put them in the cooking pan.
- Cook at 180 degrees in the oven for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime prepare the sauce:
- Grate the cheese in fine grater.
- Grate garlic in fine grater.
- Mix everything in bowl and add sweet cream.
- Then take out cooking pan with meatballs.
- Pour on each meat ball the sauce.
- Then cook in oven for 15-20 min more.
