Ingredients:
400 g
Cottage cheese
100 ml
Low fat milk
30 g
Cocoa
30 g
Honey
25 g
Gelatin powder

Preparing the Light chocolate-cheese dessert:
  • Dilute gelatin in glass of water and let it stay for 30 min.
  • Put the gelatin in pot and coke on low fire until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Add milk, cottage cheese, cocoa and honey to the dissolved gelatin, mix everything with blender till it gets homogeneous.
  • Pour into a mold.
  • Let it cool down in refrigerator till it gets stiff.
