Preparing
the Light chocolate-cheese dessert:
- Dilute gelatin in glass of water and let it stay for 30 min.
- Put the gelatin in pot and coke on low fire until gelatin is dissolved.
- Add milk, cottage cheese, cocoa and honey to the dissolved gelatin, mix everything with blender till it gets homogeneous.
- Pour into a mold.
- Let it cool down in refrigerator till it gets stiff.
