Preparing
the Meatballs from turkey:
- Heat oven to 200 C°
- Shred the zucchini.
- Mix the shredded zucchini with salt, onions, garlic, oregano and pepper, then add turkey and mix everything thoroughly.
- Divide the resulting mass into 50 - 100 g portions.
- Put everything in oven and bake for 14 min till its ready.
